"May the Lord restored joy and peace to every home..." was the prayer from Pastor E.A. Adeboye during today's special Thanksgiving serving marking the 50th wedding anniversary of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor Adeboye, at the church national
During his sermon, he revealed the challenges he faced during his marriage but he was confidence that things will get better and things will absolutely turn good and go well... He got married in September 1967 barely two months after graduation in July 1967. He had his first child the following year.
He advised that money, wealth, influence, physical prowess, beauty and appearance should not be criteria for getting married as these things will definitely change with time.
According to Pastor E.A. Adeboye love is the ingredient and fire that keeps a home, a marriage and a relationship for a long period.
Marry for love not for money, influence or beauty.
Finally, Pastor E. A. Adeboye revealed how much he love his wife when He said that he will kill anyone who touches his wife...
"You can abuse me on radio,criticize me on social media as you wish I don't care;
But if you tamper with my wife "I'll kill you "
