Adelabu market, orita-challenge is one of those busy markets in Ibadan.
It is always very crowded and noisy at night. Most of the shoppers are commuters going home after the day's business.
The market is also vibrantly unique, as most of the market women and men are locals and they display their products openly sometimes under a makeshift shed or umbrellas for shoppers to see and patronize.
During the day, the market is less busy and traffic is smooth and faster while around 4:00pm to 8:00pm, traffic is very very hectic. And the market is Always crowded and very noisy.
The market is not open for 24hours. The market closes whenever the shop owners and the market women/men closes for the day. This sometimes happens from 08:00 pm to around 11pm.
The market is safe and secured for shoppers, commuters and merchandisers.
