How to cook white coconut rice served in chicken curry soup!


Method: in a heated fry pan, add two spoon of groundnut oil,  add fine chopped garlic, add sliced onions, add Curry, then mixed well, add one and half spoon of tumeric, add ginger powder, add little water and mixed well, add one seasoning cube. Then leave it for few minutes, add chicken, add a little salt, leave it for 5 mins. Remove the sauce from heated gas,  then sieve the chicken brutes, so that the Onion and other ingredients can be removed, pour in the sauce inside the pot add two spoon of corn flour, mix well.   Then sautee the veggie, and add it to the sauce. White coconut rice pre boil the rice, inside the rice, add a little groundnut oil, then add the coconut white juice to cook.
