Another way of preparing fried rice

 A new dimension of preparing fried rice in a unique way at home.


Veggies:

🥕 Carrots

Green peas

Onions

Sweet corn 🌽; 

Green pepper

Spring onions

Chicken

Veggies for fried rice

Fried Rice


Protein: 

Chicken or beef

You can use any protein of your choice.


Procedure:

In a dry pot add your vegetables oil, or butter or margarine on a low heat add your washed rice 🍚. Add Currie and stir fried for fifteen minutes.

Add your chicken broth, a little salt to taste. Leave it to cook for twenty minutes. In a bowl add all your veggies and a dash of vegetable oil. Add salt, seasoning and marinate together. Set for ten minutes.

 In another pot, add a little vegetables oil, and marinated

Steam fry for five minutes then add your rice 🍚.
